The InSight Commander Wireless Internet Camera Broadcast high-quality and reliable video over the Internet without an Internet connection! The ICS wireless Internet camera is a rugged outdoor camera with added wireless Internet technology to produce high-quality real-time video images. Perfect for keeping an eye on vacation homes and RV's, remote job sites, remote businesses, such as quarries or power stations, stored equipment, or even as remote outdoor webcams. The camera comes complete with a 3G wireless Internet card similar to the ones used for laptops. All you need is a portable Internet account, preferably from Verizon Wireless Internet or Sprint Wireless Internet. You can even run more than one camera from one 3G wireless Internet account. The rustproof, weatherproof camera enclosure, which includes the wireless circuitry, is designed to be conspicuous and vandal resistant. The enclosure is weather and water sealed, allowing it be used in full-wet conditions. Use as a surveillance system. Set the ICS portable wireless solar Internet camera up on a rooftop, on a storage shed, on a bridge, or on a hill to capture live video showing real-time work or progress or merely a view that you can't see when you are home or at the office. Because it is completely portable, you can easily move it to different locations or to capture different view angles. Use as a webcam. Set up the ICS camera anywhere, plug it in, and view from any computer. We can even show you how to add a link to your website to show construction progress, current weather, or work activity. Use as a security system. Add the optional infrared motion detectors and 500-watt light to convert the camera into a sophisticated security system. If any person or vehicle approaches the protected area, the movement will cause the 500-watt light to illuminate the area, discouraging vandalism or theft. The optional recording will automatically start on our remote computer on the Internet, so that any activity will be captured permanently. An additional option will cause an alert to be sent to you or to our monitoring team. You can then connect directly to the camera and view the activity that triggered the alert, using your own computer. You can even hear, using the integrated microphone. If you prefer professionals to monitor your property for you, we will arrange for the alerts to be also sent to our monitoring team. Our nighttime team members will connect to your camera and make a determination if you need to be awakened and contacted. Use for time-lapse recording. If you would to record activity over a period of time, you can use the optional time-lapse feature, which will take snapshots every time period you specify - say every 30 minutes, or every 2 hours. The snapshots are easily accumulated and converted into a movie. The snapshots can even be scheduled so that they will only be sent during the day or during the workweek. Easy installation. The Commander is a COMPLETE Internet-based video surveillance and security system. It contains everything you need, so all you do is place the cameras where you want and plug them into the nearest electrical outlets. Month-to-month Service. You do not need to purchase equipment or commit to a long-term contract. You simply authorize a monthly credit card or checking account payment and leave the rest to us. Real-time full-screen viewing. You can view your cameras remotely using virtually your entire computer screen.
